Technology Upgrades - $30,000

Bringing new and upgraded technology to the school is high on the P&C agenda. We fund items such as smart boards and computers.

NEW SCHOOL PLAYGROUND - $28,000 (including $4,000 from local Member)

The P&C, along with the local member James Griffin, have provided funding for a new environmentally sensitive playground. This playground will utilise the space between the main building and the hall. It will replace the current under utilised garden beds and create a creative play space for the kids.

Learning Support officers in classrooms - $20,000

The P&C has a long standing tradition of funding classroom support staff. These essential members of the teaching staff enable more personal attention to children giving them better opportunities to learn.

 It is empowering for students to understand themselves as learners and have control and responsibility over where they learn.

INTERIOR FLEXIBLE LEARNING FURNINSHING - $10,000

Flexible furnishings in the classroom are important because it augments the major driver of student outcomes that of quality teaching by providing an empowering environment in which learning takes place.  Hence the P&C supports flexible learning space improvement at the school.

PlayGROUND BASKETBALL HOOPS - $10,000

Physical activity is an important aspect to a healthy life and the basketball hoops are important because these will provide another activity to stimulate eye hand coordination, throwing & catching, team work and collaboration with others in the play space available. The P&C is providing the funding because it promotes the healthy education of children.
